At CyberPranava, we believe that the best learning happens when theory meets real-world application.

Our 15-week internship program is designed to offer students and aspiring professionals an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic cybersecurity environment — working alongside experts, contributing to meaningful projects, and building skills that go beyond the classroom.

This internship is a unique chance to understand how a real-world cybersecurity organization functions — especially in the areas of web development, security tooling, internal systems, and digital transformation. While we don’t disclose the exact nature of the projects during application, rest assured: you’ll be working on initiatives that matter.

🧑‍💻 Who Can Apply

This internship is best suited for:

  • Engineering students (all years and streams welcome)
  • Self-learners and tech enthusiasts
  • Candidates with basic to intermediate knowledge of:
    • PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • Node.js, MySQL/MariaDB
    • UI/UX Design, Frontend/Backend, or Full-Stack Development
    • Any other relevant technologies or frameworks
  • Those who can communicate effectively in English

📝Internship Details

  • Duration: 15 Weeks
  • Mode: Remote (with occasional interactions if required)
  • Mentorship: Work alongside experienced professionals with guided support
  • Structure: Weekly goals, check-ins, and final review
  • Cost: This internship is unpaid and not a payroll engagement, but it’s packed with value through mentorship, experience, and exposure
  • Recognition: All interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Certificate of Internship from CyberPranava

🚀 How Our Onboarding Works

At CyberPranava, we receive applications from many talented individuals — and to ensure the right fit, we follow a structured onboarding process focused on skills, mindset, and potential.

Here’s what the onboarding journey looks like:

🧭 Step 1: Application Submission

Submit your application through our official Internship Form (linked below). You’ll be asked to provide:

  • Basic details
  • Resume
  • Portfolio or GitHub profile
  • A brief description of your best project (why it matters and what you learned from it)

🔎 Step 2: Initial Screening

Our team carefully evaluates your application based on:

  • Technical knowledge and coding proficiency
  • Project exposure and creative problem-solving
  • Communication skills and attention to detail
  • Overall alignment with our company culture and goals

🧪 Step 3: Trial Task / Pre-Internship Challenge

Shortlisted candidates will be given a small technical task or case scenario, designed to assess:

  • Your approach to problem-solving
  • Your ability to write clean, structured code
  • How you understand and apply requirements

This helps us get a real sense of your working style — beyond just what’s on paper.

📞 Step 4: Interaction

Depending on your trial task performance, you may be invited for a short video interaction or an email-based exchange, where we assess:

  • Your understanding of the trial task
  • Your communication clarity
  • Your collaborative mindset

📨 Step 5: Selection & Confirmation

If selected, you will receive:

  • A formal Internship Offer Confirmation Email
  • A Terms & Conditions Agreement (to be digitally signed)
  • Onboarding schedule and instructions

👋 Step 6: Welcome Aboard

Once confirmed, you’ll be onboarded into our internal workspace. You’ll be introduced to:

  • Your mentor/team lead
  • Access to necessary tools and documents
  • Weekly goals and expected deliverables

📜 Internship Terms & Conditions

At CyberPranava, we strive to maintain a healthy, respectful, and productive environment for all our interns and team members. By applying to and accepting our internship program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Code of Conduct

Interns are expected to:

  • Maintain professional behavior and respect all team members.
  • Adhere to timelines, guidelines, and instructions provided by mentors or team leads.
  • Maintain clear and honest communication throughout the internship.

2. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • Interns must not disclose or share any internal information, documentation, project details, or intellectual property with external parties.
  • Any work, code, or output created during the internship will remain the property of CyberPranava, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Work Commitment

  • Interns are expected to dedicate sufficient time per week (~10–15 hours recommended) to complete assigned tasks or modules.
  • Consistent delays or lack of communication may lead to removal from the program.

4. No Compensation

  • This internship is unpaid and not considered an employment agreement.
  • Interns are not entitled to salary, stipend, or financial reimbursement during or after the internship.

5. Performance Monitoring

  • Interns will be guided and mentored but are expected to demonstrate self-motivation and accountability.
  • Regular progress reviews may be conducted to ensure deliverables are on track.

6. Termination Clause

  • CyberPranava reserves the right to terminate the internship at any point, without prior notice, in cases of:
    • Misconduct or violation of company policies
    • Breach of confidentiality
    • Plagiarism or unethical behavior
    • Inactivity without valid reason

7. Completion & Certification

Certificates will only be issued to those who complete the program in full and demonstrate satisfactory engagement.

Interns who successfully complete the full internship period, meet expectations, and follow guidelines will receive an official Certificate of Internship from CyberPranava.
